The Voleatech pfSense Maintenance is available in 3 different packages and independent of your pfSense hardware.
The packages are valid for one year.
Our team of pfSense certified Engineers is always available from Monday till Friday from 09:00 until 17:00 at your disposal to support and assist you.

Our pfSense Maintenance contains support hours (counted in 15 minute intervals), depending on the package update installations (counted against support time).
All your requests will be answered within a 4 to 8 hours window (depending on the package).
After all support hours are used up you can purchase a new maintenance package.
